Hardness of electrophoresis layer The plowing method is generally used for measurement, that is, use a 2H pencil to cut the front end of the core, and then push it out at 45 degrees with the object to be measured. If there is no scratch on the surface, it is qualified, otherwise it is unqualified. 5. Corrosion resistance of electrophoresis layer Carry out neutral test within 24 or 48 hours, and then observe whether there are white, black or brown corrosion spots on the edge of the sample and its outer surface.
